Not too long ago, a poll came out that constitutes excellent news for the Republican Party. This poll reveals voters trust Republicans more than Democrats on the economy, national security, etc.
On top of that, Republicans have the win of Virginia Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin to use as a blueprint future GOP candidates should adopt going into future elections. Youngkin’s win in Virginia is also good news for conservatives, as this gubernatorial race is regarded as a bellwether for the 2022 midterms.
Now, in an exciting twist, The Next News Network reports that Democrats have revealed one of their most impactful vulnerabilities heading into 2022.
When it comes to parents and education in the United States, Democrats indeed shot themselves in the foot. It began when leftists started collectively dismissing parents’ concerns with what school boards are teaching and the COVID policies they’re implementing.
Then, Biden indeed added fuel to this fire when he branded parents as domestic terrorists for voicing their concerns to school boards. Later, failed Virginia candidate Terry McAuliffe said he doesn’t view parents as appropriate people to determine what curriculums are taught to their children.
Now, amid the upcoming elections and Democrats’ loss in Virginia, it is starting to dawn on leftists that they can’t win races by spitting in their parents’ faces. It is evident since a former deputy campaign manager for Barack Obama announced Democrats should rebrand themselves as the “party of parents.”
The general idea here is Democrats now believe they must stop Republicans from branding themselves as the parents’ party. The former deputy campaign manager to Obama stated that Democrats would have a tough time going anywhere as a party if this does happen.
The reality that Democrats are just now realizing parents matter is all the more reason why Democrats shouldn’t have any power in elections. See, Democrats are only talking about the importance of parents now because they lost in Virginia.
Democrats don’t care about parents in the United States. They care about getting parents to vote for them. There’s a huge difference.
Whether Democrats like it or not, Republicans have become the party of parents. McAuliffe solidified this during the Virginia governor’s race when he showed contempt for parents who wanted to be involved in their children’s education.
Taking back Congress and the White House made the Democrat Party get far too big for its britches. Now, they’re about to lose it all.
