DeSantis Set to Campaign Around the Nation for Trump-Endorsed Candidates

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is set to hit the campaign trail around the country this month to stump for Trump-endorsed candidates. DeSantis is expected to participate as a headline for “Unite and Win” rallies sponsored by Turning Point Action.

The governor will make stops in August in Arizona, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Among the candidates he will make appearances for are Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters and gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, Ohio Senate candidate J.D. Vance, and candidate for Pennsylvania governor Doug Mastriano.

Turning Point Action founder and president Charlie Kirk told Fox News that DeSantis is “America’s governor” and one of the nation’s most popular leaders. Kirk said that the Florida governor has become the “model for a new conservative movement that is willing to stand on principle and to actually fight on behalf of the values of his voters.”

Kirk said that he expects Lake will become the “Ron DeSantis of the West” after she is elected. He also noted that he sees Masters and Vance as new Washington leaders who will “break apart the uni-party consensus” that is leading to unending massive borrowing and spending and endless wars around the globe.

Kirk said that this year’s group of Trump-endorsed candidates for federal office will “put an end to the cocktail party Republicans” who are only good at “betraying their voters.”

He enthusiastically added that Gov. DeSantis is the best-suited Republican to rally conservatives around the candidates in November.

DeSantis will appear in Phoenix on August 14 to rally for Lake and Masters.

Lake said that Gov. DeSantis has proven to be the “gold standard of bold conservative governance in America.” She said that she is honored to call him an ally and cannot wait to work together with him after she takes office.

In reference to the alliance between DeSantis and President Donald Trump, she said that she “cannot wait to watch the media heads explode when their two favorite people to lie about join forces next.”

Masters is set to take on incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) in November. He said that Azironans have not received any help from Kelly regarding secure borders, safe streets, schools that actually educate, or an economy that is allowed to work for citizens.

DeSantis will travel to rallies in Pittsburgh and Youngstown, Ohio, on August 19 for Mastriano and Vance.

Vance said he is looking forward to welcoming Gov. DeSantis to “rally Ohioans to a red wave in November.”
